Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to create a self-service account and must provide accurate registration information. A parent or legal guardian may create a parent-managed child account through the family dashboard. That flow records the adult's authority attestation and acknowledgment of the child privacy notice and these terms. It is a product control, not a representation that one attestation alone satisfies every jurisdiction's definition of verifiable parental consent; the operator must complete legal review before offering the flow in a jurisdiction that requires additional verification.
Educational use
OHM School is a supplemental learning tool, not a school, accredited institution, emergency service, or substitute for qualified parent, guardian, or professional advice. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Users should verify important information and seek help from a parent, guardian, or trusted adult when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with other users, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You retain rights in content you submit and give OHM School permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Course availability and features may change.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can permanently delete your account from your profile. A parent may withdraw authorization for a managed child, which disables access immediately; deleting the retained child account and learning data is a separate confirmed action.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that every feature or generated answer will be error-free. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains data practices. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after a material update means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
