How much do parents have to do?
Less than homework help. The dashboard shows what your child learned, struggled with, and chose — and a weekly digest lands in your inbox. You stay in the loop without teaching a single lesson.
What about friends and socialization?
OHM does not currently run live clubs, debate nights, or regional meetups. Families using it as a supplement or homeschool resource should arrange their own in-person and group learning alongside the platform.
What does a school day actually look like?
OHM does not impose a fixed school day. Families can use a lesson or review session as a supplement, or assemble a longer plan around their own schedule and local education requirements.
Can my child use OHM alongside school or homeschool?

What tech do we need?
Any laptop or tablet with a browser and an internet connection. No special hardware — the octopus course runs on the same machine as the math.
